Tribera is redefining the future of modern living.

Tribera was created by bringing together two established living platforms, MILESTONE and BaseStack Living, into one unified, pan-European business.

What started as two highly complementary companies is now a single, vertically integrated specialist living platform, designed to support the full lifecycle of living assets across student, hybrid living, and flexible stay.

Launched in December 2025, Tribera combines deep operational expertise, development capability, and institutional fund management experience with a community-led, design-forward approach to living.

Today, Tribera manages over 11,000 beds across eight European countries, operating in key cities across the Nordics, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Poland, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Our first Tribera-branded property will open in Vienna, with four further openings planned for 2026.

Tribera provides a fully integrated platform for institutional capital partners, offering investment, asset management, development, technical, and property management services under one roof.

This integrated approach allows us to support capital deployment across the full risk spectrum, while maintaining consistency, quality, and long-term value across European living assets.

The business is owned by Macquarie Asset Management and its CEO and Co-Founder, Justin Hamer.
